This 4 ingredient Brownie Banana Bread is the perfect recipe when you want to bake something sweet with just a few simple ingredients.
I debated the name of this recipe multiple times.
Is it a Chocolate Banana Bread?
Or maybe it’s a Banana Bread Brownie Recipe?
Irresistible Banana Bread Brownies would fit if this was made in a square pan. But it’s not.
This is a simple recipe for banana bread filled with the moistness of a brownie and the ability to satisfy your next chocolate fix. You’ll not only love how quick it is to make but also how yummy the leftover bread is.
Frequently Asked Questions about this recipe:
Can I make this recipe gluten-free?
Yes! Gluten-free brownie mixes are top-notch, for the most part. I personally prefer King Arthur Flour’s Gluten-Free Brownie Mix and ALDI’s Gluten-Free Brownie Mix.
Why do you only coat the bottom of the pan with cooking spray in this Brownie Banana Bread recipe?
Some recipes need the ability to “crawl” up the side of the pan as it bakes. This is one of those recipes. Greasing the sides of the pan would make it more difficult for this bread to rise.
